The camp, food, and amenities were everything a travelling surfer could ask for and more. Getting picked up at the airport, not having to worry about directions and being shuttled to and from the breaks made it that much more enjoyable and stress-free. The people I met and stories we shared will never be forgotten and made this trip a memory I will not soon forget. www.bajasurfadventures.com
The Freedom
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration.
We're all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively.
There's no such thing as death.
Life is just a dream.
And we are the imagination of ourselves.
Bill Hicks
Yes we are polluting our planet, yes we need to find cleaner solutions, yes climate change is real....but there is an agenda behind saying carbon dioxide from human activivty is driving global warming....just follow the money and it becomes clear. Fact: over 31,000 scientist have signed a petition saying man-made global warming is NOT real: http://www.oism.org/pproject/
Tired of the politicians and talking heads on T.V. saying they support the troops by supporting the war? I am too. Fact is that when these brave human beings come home they are often in no shape whatsoever to go back to a normal life...if they ever can have a normal life again. These people need more support at home and they often don't get it from those "patriotic" leaders we have...
Days left in the official Hurricane season as of October 5th: 56
Information that is suppressed by the mainstream media...otherwise known as the brainwashing machine. Give these a look if you are interested...
After a August flat spell that would test the patience of any New York surfer hope arrived late in the 3rd week of flatness in the form of a tropical depression that later became Ana. As quickly as Ana got us interested she faded out but what was right behind her became Hurricane Bill. Once Bill formed and intensified to a Category 3 Hurricane and the track showed a northwest turn towards the Northeast surfers all over started to get themselves prepared.

Meanwhile things are starting to get active out in the Atlantic!
A major problem for LIBBA going forward is that more and more people surf AND fish. Oh what a decision they will have to make: take the membership money or stand up for a belief! More and more beachgoers see the hypocrisy of LIBBA selectively enforcing rules and are tired of it. Yeah they can call the cops and play holier than thou but the problem lies with their attitude, for which the leadership of LIBBA should take full responsibility for. Maybe they should take a good look in the mirror and ask the question: “How come when there’s a problem, I’m always there?”
It is fitting that today’s deadline for the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq’s cities coincides with a meeting in Baghdad to auction off some of the country’s largest oil fields to companies such as ExxonMobil, Chevron and British Petroleum. It is a reminder of the real motives for the 2003 invasion and in whose interests over one million Iraqis and 4,634 American and other Western troops have been killed...
Many people are angry and tired of this bird's hold over our beaches. The problem has reached a high point now that the summer season is here and we have to accept large swaths of beach being closed. Part of the frustration stems from the higher and higher prices we are forced to pay to enjoy our beaches while services shrink and restrictions increase. At Robert Moses...
I believe there is something greater to this human experience here on earth. I know that Matt has earned his place among God. I know he did not die...only go another direction. That is what I believe.
It has been over 8644 days on Long Island without a direct strike of a hurricane. It has been over 25817 days since Long Island had a direct strike from a MAJOR hurricane.
The crowds are back, the authorities are at work and the water is packed. While I love the change of season and warm weather I can't help but think of how much more I enjoy Fire Island when it's not summer. Don't get me wrong I love surfing in a spring suit or swim trunks and love hanging out on the beach with friends and family...its just that crowds really annoy me.
Sometimes a good idea goes bad. I'm all for protecting endangered species but not at the expense of natural rights. I'm a common sense person and denying beach access to taxpayers doesn't make sense at all too me.

With the Billabong Pro Tahiti experiencing some swell problems and the contest on hold I thought I'd share my Teahupoo experience with you. My wife and I went to Tahiti for our honeymoon.
